We are looking to recruit for an experienced Vice President of Learning to join a large, well-respected organisation in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is someone that has a Financial Services/ Investment background.As a VP of Learning, you are expected to have a strong experience in independently running TNA processes.* Overseeing the implementation of a new LMS.* Designing, developing and delivering trainings to a headcount of around 800. REQUIREMENTS: Key REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, IT or equivalent* Minimum of 8 years experience* Must have a background working in Financial Services, Banking or Investments industry* Must have experience in leading Training Needs Analysis* Must have experience designing & implementing leadership development programs* Must have experience implementing LMS* EXPATs highly encouraged to apply
