Employment: Full Time Position Title: Vet TechnicianEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 10,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissionJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is comprised of veterinary services, hotel and spa exclusive for cats.Job Role:Provide animal care by determining cat requirements.Basic animal handling skills for examinations/blood sampling/catheter placementMaintenance of stock throughout the facilityAssist veterinarians in the care of catsMay perform an initial evaluation of the cats condition, clean and wrap wounds, check vital statistics, collect samples and administer medicationFeed and cars for cats, maintain supplies and equipment, obtain and verify medicationsAssist with surgeries, run lab tests, take and process x-rays, performing dental cleanings, update patient records, clean and sterilize equipment, and fill prescriptionWill rotate in attending or having duty hours in the reception area along with Vet Assistant & Vet Nurses REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in any relevant fieldAt least 2-4 years of experience as Vet TechnicianMust have Veterinary Technician or Veterinary license in the UAEMust be comfortable working around catsExcellent communication skills in English
