Dear Applicant,We have an urgent opening for the position of "Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Coordinator" for an Labor Supply Company based in Dubai, UAE.We are looking for applicants having minimum experience of 3 to 6 yrs in relevant field, coordinating with Overseas Recruitment agencies in India, Nepal, Bangladesh , Philippines etc. for hiring of blue collar workers. Would be responsible for coordinating with Operations team, Sales team & Clients etc.Responsible for formulating job descriptions on behalf of clients, preparing vacancies and obtaining demand letter, following up with other embassy work for UAE government for Smooth Recruitment.Sourcing candidates through Job portals/ headhunting and various other sources.Following up with RA and Operations team for mobilization of selected candidates.Coordinating with RA in Sourcing countries for Recruitment campaignInterested applicants can send me their updated resume on julie@soundlinesgroup.com REQUIREMENTS: Candidates Should have experience of recruiting blue collar workers.Should be excellent in written & spoken communication skills (English Language)Should have good knowledge of computers specially Ms Excel , Ms Word & Ms OutlookShould have excellent coordination skillsShould have experience in document controllingQualification required is MBA In HR
