Qualifications:Should have a strong technical HSE backgroundValid NEBOSH and OPITO H2S Certification requiredHave at least 15 years working in the Middle East in an HSE capacity including 10 years working in upstream operational environmentsMust have good drilling activity related experience plus exposure to workover and well intervention operations.Experience of Hydraulic Workover and Civils Construction (i.e., wellsite/well pads) is also desirable. Should have experience working for both a major operator and a major service contractor engaged in upstream activities such as drillingShould ideally have worked in a Supervisory capacity and have a track record of training/mentoring/coaching and leading site personnelMust understand, interpret, and be able to implement applicable regulations within regulatory jurisdictions as well as company/contractor policies, procedures and standardsMust be proficient in English and capable of writing comprehensive HSE documents, procedures and instructionsShould be comfortable in how to tackle compliance, quality assurance and safety management issues on site and communicating/dealing equally with both crews and supervisorsShould be well versed with PTW systems and their correct implementation as well as carrying out risk assessments clientsHow to Apply:Send your CV in word format online.
