Job Description

Employment: Full Time Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate visual design experiences that supports users goals and behaviors using Sketch,InVision, Flinto, Adobe Creative Suite etc.Work with the Senior Product Designer and Product Managers to create pixel perfectmockups and clickable prototypes that adhere to product goals and user needsSolve unique visual problems that arise for individual products based on business or userneedsTranslate UX wireframes and prototypes into design assets to be built by developersand/or shared externally with clientsWork with developers to ensure alignment between design and techFollow, create, and contribute to cohesive visual style guides to ensure that a consistentdesign language is applied across all products within the company REQUIREMENTS: Personal AttributesYou are someone who realizes the importance of connecting and balancing business goals with user needs. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industrys standardsTechnically astute and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Quick to understand existing systems / products and how they function.Great communicatorGood attention to detail, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Self-starter, organised and self-motivated.Able to work within a team environment or independently when required.Essential ExperienceA minimum of 3 years experience.Proficient in using Sketch App, InVision, Adobe CC (Photoshop, In design, Illustrator)Experience designing interfaces for desktop, tablets and phones.Demonstrated ability creating deliverables in the visual design and building stages.A passion for detail and a care for great usability and aesthetics.Excellent self-starter who always thinks MVP first with the ability to work in a small, startup-style, agile and fast-paced team.Confident in your work without becoming too attached to your designs when constructive team and user feedback is put forward.A strong portfolio featuring relevant work examples.Desirable ExperienceExperience in UX research, wireframing and prototyping, experience working embedded in a team of developers, experience working agile.Interest in print.
