To help deliver a successful change program, the bank is now seeking a UI/UX Designer to drive end-to-end product design and offer innovative digital solutions for its customers and employees.Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will sit within IT and Digital Transformation. Other responsibilities as a UI/UX Designer will include:Refine concepts via wireframes and high definition designDefine visual and graphic styles according to design guidelinesDesign and deliver sophisticated product experiences, as part of a cross-functional AGILE teamCollaborate closely with key business stakeholders throughout the entire design and development processBuild design tests and prototypes to validate customer needs and behaviorsFacilitate Product Managers with defining strategic roadmap for digital products REQUIREMENTS: As a UI/UX Designer, you will have the following skill set:Proven experience in digital product design and developmentProven experience with user research, A/B testing, usability testingTrack record of designing quality consume products ideally within digital bankingExcellent knowledge of Agile software development processBachelors degree in Design or similar fieldIdeally fluent Arabic speakingIdeally possess knowledge of FirebaseFor an opportunity to join one of the largest banks in the region and a high-performing digital team, please apply online.
