To help deliver a successful change program, the bank is now seeking a UI/UX Designer to drive end-to-end product design and offer innovative digital solutions for its customers and employees.Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will sit within IT and Digital Transformation. Other responsibilities as a UI/UX Designer will include:*Refine concepts via wireframes and high definition design*Define visual and graphic styles according to design guidelines*Design and deliver sophisticated product experiences, as part of a cross-functional AGILE team*Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders throughout the entire design and development process*Build design tests and prototypes to validate customer needs and behaviours*Facilitate Product Managers with defining strategic roadmap for digital products REQUIREMENTS: As a UI/UX Designer, you will have the following skill set:*Proven experience in digital product design and development*Proven experience with user research, A/B testing, usability testing*Track record of designing quality consume products ideally within digital banking*Excellent knowledge of Agile software development process*Bachelors degree in Design or similar field*Ideally fluent Arabic speaking*Ideally possess knowledge of FirebaseFor an opportunity to join one of the largest banks in the region and a high-performing digital team, please share your CV for consideration.
