CosmeticsDubai10K per monthFor an International Cosmetics company based in Dubai.This position will suit a candidate who has worked in a similar role before, who has excellent communication skills in English, an eye for detail, and someone who is used to multi-tasking.This is a full-on administration position.You will be responsible for the sales and purchase co-ordination and administration of the Travel Retail DepartmentDealing directly with the buyers for the retail clients the role is to ensure the efficient sales and delivery of the fragrance references, including standard replenishment orders of existing lines, new launches (novelties), and gift sets.You will inform the retail clients of the new launches (novelties), pricing and availability of the stocksProcessing credit notes for shortages and damages. You will need to maintain stock levels, look after the Export orders, Import orders, Credit notes, etc.Liaise with Logistics and do reporting. Salary: AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Travel Retail Coordinator - CosmeticsYou should have a can do attitude and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have good working knowledge of SAP or similar.
