Your new companyWe are working in partnership with a small food and beverage company that have grown themselves as a leader in casual dining and offer consumers and immersive and relaxed experience. They have been established in the market for over 20 years, their head office is based in Dubai with stores and franchises currently open across the UAE and southeast Asia.Over the last 20 years, they have established themselves as a leader in casual dining and offer consumers an immersive and relaxed experience.Your new roleThe company are looking to recruit for a training manager to establish and develop the training schedule across 23 units in the UAE. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the need to streamline the training programme as the company expands globally over the next 5 years.As a direct report the operations director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a learning strategy for new and experienced team members. You will need to be confident analyzing the effectiveness of the training you have delivered in order to create a culture of continuous development.You will be required to deliver both on site and desk training and be confident in reporting findings to HR and managers to help identify focus areas. As part of the role, you will need to monitor feedback across all avenues including mystery shopper reports, guest feedback and social media to help prepare monthly feedback reports. Salary: AED 16,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: What youll need to succeedIdeally, you will come from a similar F&B background and will have experience of devising and delivering training schedules. An understanding of mandatory training as part of the food industry is essential and detailed exposure to previous training programmes will prove useful as you devise your own learning package.The right candidate for this role will be enthusiastic and have a strong passion for training. You will need to demonstrate excellent presentation and listening skills. To be the right fit for this team you will have a positive attitude, be team orientated and highly self-motivated.You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.What youll get in returnThis role has huge growth potential across the next 5 years as they expand across both company owned and franchise stores. Your role will naturally grow as the business grows and as the first training manager to join the company there will naturally be a chance to grow a team with you.The role offers a salary package of AED 16,000 AED 20,000 dependent on experience and additional benefits include lunch allowance and a KPI driven annual bonus.
