This role will sit within a small procurement team to assist them during an exceptionally busy period for the next 2 months and will involve a diverse range of tasks and handling people across all levels of seniority. All documents and information should be handled with the strictest of confidentiality as you will be exposed to supplier SLAs and contracts and directly handle any associated queries both via email and over the telephone. You will also raise company purchase orders on the system and therefore those with strong excel skills are required in this busy role. REQUIREMENTS: Based in Media City in Dubai with one of the largest companies in the Middle East, the role of Temporary Procurement Coordinator requires those with a good all-round administrative experience within a procurement team. You will be a confident communicator with an excellent standard of the English language both written and verbal. You will also be professional, capable and able to work effectively both in a team and alone to ensure all deadlines and tasks are completed to the highest level of satisfaction and customer service. As this is a short-term temporary role it is essential that you are fully available for the duration of the 2-month assignment and hold family or spouse sponsorship.
