We are currently seeking an immediately available candidate, on their family or spouse visa for a temporary role with the potential to move into a permanent position in the future. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the CEO & Senior Management Team, alongside overseeing all administrative and legislative tasks for the office.A new client to Irwin & Dow, the organisation is a very innovative and tech savvy company and the CEO is very hands on in the day to day running of the business. However, he and the wider Senior Management Team need further support with their busy global travel schedules, internal and external communications, document management and overall well-being of the office. This role will also include overseeing of the PRO to ensure all visas, company legalities and documents are in place and financial administration such as expenses claims, invoice processing and excel reports. You will also interact regularly with the other offices based in Europe and Asia to ensure company events and ad hoc projects are completed on time. REQUIREMENTS: This is a busy role that requires a self-motivated and diligent candidate, as the wider team is very often away from the office meeting clients on a weekly basis. It is also required that you have strong communication skills and possess a high level the English language, due to the international offices you will also engage with. The successful candidate will have strong MS office and IT skills and highly desirable is exposure to the DMCC regulations and authority.
