This role is both part time and temporary for approximately 3-4 months and will be a job share with an internal Executive Assistant returning from maternity leave. It would therefore suit those who would require flexibility within the working week due to family and or other ongoing commitments.Working together and reporting into the Senior EA Team Leader you will support up to four Management Consultants with complex diary management, global travel itineraries and all client PowerPoint presentations, expenses and documentation. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and it is expected that you will be professional at all times and be able to anticipate the Consultants needs, taking decisions to maximise their time. You will also act as a strong gate keeper to resolve any queries at the initial stage, in order for the Consultants workload to be managed more effectively. REQUIREMENTS: Our client is an employer of choice that values its staff and always looks within the organisation when recruiting permanent staff in the first instance. The successful candidate will possess strong time management and multitasking skills alongside advanced excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
