Our client, a newly established IT Business Solution is currently looking for a results driven Telesales Specialist, who will identify prospects, telephone or email customers and persuade customers to buy services.Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.Telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports by collecting, summarizing and interpreting data.Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations or meetings.
