Employment: Full Time We are looking for dynamic, energetic go-getters Telesales Agent. Telesales Agent is responsible for generating sales over the telephone by contacting the potential sellers i.e. landlords and assisting them to market their properties - at the best terms to possible buyers. Tele Sales Agent acts as the focal point between sellers and buyers.Job Responsibilities-Contact potential sellers and offer them to market their properties via the company to possible buyers;-Provide guidance and consultancy with relevant to their properties price according to the current market terms;-Identify the hot deals and reporting them to the sales team;-Determine the sellers need to propose solutions that suit them;-Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value;-Assist the sales team in closing the open sales deals by finding possible seller party that suits the buyer partys bid;-Collect from the seller the property details and documents;-Enter and update the sellers information in the listing database;-Handle the close deal process with the seller party i.e. price negotiation;-Communicate with the relevant parties to prepare necessary paperwork following the close of the deal;-Maintain and update listing of the available properties;-Remain up to date with real estate market knowledge and best practice.
