Leading architectural / Interior Fit out firm based in Dubai is looking to hire an Technical Detailed Manager - Interior Designer with the below responsibilitiesCapable of providing leadership and motivation to a team of Detailed DesignLead and manage the technical interior design team members, guide them on all technical details and matters, taking full responsibility for their development and delegating work accordinglyEstablish excellent relationship with company teams, project managers, other disciplines and sub-consultantsExcellent internal project management skills in completing detailed interior Design projects with high quality and within the time frameCreate technical solutions in cooperation with the Head of DesignResearch and keep the team updated with industry changes, new materials, evolution and best practicesOversee site work during fit-out stages to maintain the design direction and provide technical support as required. REQUIREMENTS: Min. Bachelors Degree in Interior DesignManagerial skills with min. 5 yrs experience in managing Interior design projects and detailed designStrong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skillsSkilled in working with the related softwareAbility to provide all required technical supports for the interior finishes under construction
