An exciting and newly created opportunity has arisen to join an expanding business based in Ajman. This company have gone through some positive senior leadership changes and are developing an impressive reputation in the market, they are now keen to recruit an experienced and ambitious Supply Planning Manager.As the new Supply Planning Manager, you will be part of a fast paced and successful Supply Chain operation. The role is a management level position and has been created due to the companies growing success and expansion. Day to day responsibilities focus on Supply Planning and Inventory Management, S&OP operations and working closely with other departments to encourage collaboration. A key aspect of the role will be to work closely with the Distribution Center. You will be tasked in ensuring that optimum inventory levels of both raw material and finished goods in each plant are maintained. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for the Supply Planning Manager position you will need to have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, specifically working with raw materials and finished goods. It is critical that you have good exposure to managing and coordinating an S&OP function. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in forecasting and analyzing statistics with an understanding of the financial and operational impacts. As an individual, you will have strong interpersonal skills, be an analytical thinker, a good decision maker and possess organisational skills.
