Employment: Full Time Job Summary:In the role of Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in supply chain and operations to maximize customer experience, sales and margin, as well as end-to-end business ownership of all supply chain processes from sourcing to delivery, by effectively liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.AccountabilitiesCore Responsibilities:Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency, speed and reduce cost.Be analytical, innovative leader and solve problems in a scalable way that will support rapid growth as well as long-term business strategy.Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directivesCollaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gapsPrepare and submit weekly reports to DM, GM.Optimize warehouse functions.Drive improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency and ensuring that the company makes efficient supply chain decisionsDevelop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols. Work cross functionally to identify and build best practices and process improvementsDrive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve overall cost structure and customer experience.Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.Drive cross-functional projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.Provide scalable solutions for specific issuesBuilding shipment handling practices that enable fast product launches at a global scale, working with a cross-functional team of experts.Optimizing worldwide flows of inventory, both existing and new, to achieve the highest levels of safety, compliance, quality, and speed.Defining and documenting thorough business requirements for operational, technical, and regulatory development partners.Communicating strategic and tactical decisions and project updates to a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive-level sponsors.Drive cross-functional projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.People Management:Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.Train and mentor SCM employeesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegationManage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT.Identify, define, and execute operational changes with customers in partnership with customer team to drive supply chain improvements.Handle communications and negotiations with external supplier.Self-Management:Identify, define, and execute operational changes with customers in partnership with customer team to drive supply chain improvementsEstablish and maintain strong external & internal customer relationshipsWork closely with internal technical teams to drive multi-system process changes.Working closely with internal stakeholders, IT, and business groups, and being creative at borrowing and sharing resources and best practices to accomplish shared and individual objectives.
