JOB DESCRIPTION1. SalesMeeting and exceeding sales, individual and store(s) targetsManaging store promotions and retail discounts, within set parameters2. Brand AmbassadorCarrying authentic passion and belief in the concept and the brandDeveloping and maintaining personalized customer relationship, on an on-going basisEffectively analyzing business to ensure customer continuityAcquiring In-depth product knowledge of brands and a good knowledge level of competing brand(s)3. Retail FocusAcquiring and sharing evolving market trends and competitive activitiesManaging the day to day running of the store flawlesslyEnsuring adequate stock levels at all times, minimizing stock out situationsEnsuring highest level of store upkeep, hygiene and visual merchandising standardsCapturing and submitting data and reports accurately4. Team ManagementDeveloping a cohesive, fully trained & motivated team to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basisLeading by example reflecting the values of the brand, integrity and disciplineSupervising and managing assigned store(s) but also filling in for staff while on the shop-floor, personally dealing with Key/Valuable customersCommunicating and coaching the team on product, sales, market & operational areas along with infusing high levels of energy5. Reporting and Head Office LiasonProviding a structured feedback to the Management on opportunities for continuous improvementPlaying an instrumental role in on-going development of the boutique: People and PracticesSubmitting timely reports, analysis, forecast & sharing market intelligenceAdhering to operational standards & Company policies REQUIREMENTS: 1) 5 to 8 years of experience in a retail environment, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing teams & with a track record of fulfilling store financial targets2) Previous work experience should be with a strong brand /format in the GCC3) Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Management or related areas4) Strong verbal & written communication skills with command over English language5) Technology savvy , agile, creative & a quick to adapt to changes6) Sharp numerically, with an ability to analyze data /identify trends & opportunities
