They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates.Job Role:Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customersDiagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systemsTravel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customerBe available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customersDocument all installed equipment upon arrival such as make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessaryDiagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is need to correctParticipate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologiesIdentify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Male, 40 years old and belowHigh School Diploma or any relevant courseMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigerationExperience in facilities management industry is an advantageMust know how to read drawingsMust have a thorough understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heatingExperience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of a variety of air conditioning equipment is a mustProficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols, boiler systems, and reading schematics and work plans
