Solar QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Employees in the Solar QAQC Engineer position should expect to:Performs the audits to validate and confirm sub-contractors QA/QC activitiesImplements and utilizes companies safety management system, quality control program and company policies and procedures in conjunction with QA/QC manager.Perform /monitor projects quality-related activities.Record/report and training anything that does not meet company standards, including process, products, materials, and equipment.Assists project managers with project-related assignments including, but not limited to, project planning, trackingAble to interpret schematics and other drawings that detail solar specifications.Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC manager.Reports work progress, plans, progress, issues, and problems to the Project Manager and department Director in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Maintain inspection records and advises construction supervision of any unusual condition or problems concerning the quality of work.Prepare QA/QC reports & KPIs updating and submissions. REQUIREMENTS: Technicians basic knowledge and skills should include: Training Safety Local/National regulation(Saudi) Site-specific checklists Safety warnings Proof of maintenanceOperations and maintenance standards: Visual inspection System check Lubrication task Torque requirements Replacement tasksKnowledge of construction practices and skills, with 5 to 7 years experience directly related to the solar construction industry.Prior to solar, renewable energy, and/or electrical experience a plus.Bachelor degree in engineering requiredStrong organizational skills required.Analytical and logical reasoning skills.Problem-solving and researching skills.
