As a Software Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible to oversee, lead, and mentor a team of QA resources, and set strategic direction and drive key initiatives within the team, for both manual and automated testing.Client DetailsThis multinational organisation provides integrated services across all global offices. Their mission is to strive for excellence and hence invests in the best resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the business.Description* Establish and evolve the testing strategies and methodologies in the organisation to fit for Agile/Scrum.* Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.* Assist the QA resources to have the final word on quality, including reviewing user stories.* Guide the QA team on setting up an automation framework and incorporating test automation in the sprints.* Facilitate communication of QA resources across multiple scrum teams; Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects.* Do budgeting/forecasting for testing as a service dependent on organisational process.* Help ensure that the testers in the scrum teams implement and follow agile testing best practices.* Be responsible in assigning the best possible testers and making them available to the scrum teams at the right time.Job Offer* In addition to joining an incredible organisation during a very exciting time of change and development, this role will pay an attractive tax-free salary and company benefits.
