Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Our Architectural & Engineering Consultancy requires a Site Engineer to be based in their Dubai office, highly committed, responsible and creative individual, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work well under pressure, have the ability to offer quick and viable solutions on site while ensuring design compliance at all times; have the full knowledge of work process at site. Key Responsibilities include:Manage and coordinate the project activities at the site (all disciplines such as Architecture, Landscape, Interior, Structural and Design )Study and interpret technical designs as well as drawings and make sure they are accurate and followed appropriatelyMake sure the project meet the specifications as well as budgetsResponsible for the management of the siteExamine plans, drawings as well as quantities to ensure they are accurateGive technical advice concerning the projects and settle issuesPrepare reports on the project statusConduct weekly site inspections and prepare snags listCheck and report the Contractors Construction Program and evaluate against actual progress on site.Review and certify the main contractors payments.Review contractor queries and all submittalsMake sure health and safety, policies as well as legislation are adhered to REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Civil engineeringMinimum 8-10 years of experience as Site engineer in DubaiShould be able to read and communicate design and construction drawingsAbility to speak both English and ArabicGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership and management abilitiesMale candidates are requiredShould be able to pay attention to details and have high exposure to materials finishesHave consultancy based design experienceCurrently resides in the UAEBe Dubai Municipality Approved or Certified To either G + 4 or G + 12 is a plusMaster in Construction management is a plusMember of UAE Engineers Society DubaiDriving license in UAE is a mustExpertise in MS Office suiteRevit and CAD experience
