Design and Implement Company Sales & Marketing strategy, working closely with the stakeholder.Conduct detailed Market Research to identify Potential regions/clients for Business Expansion.Capture Market trends, customer feedback, new technologies and work with the R&D/Operations to improve existing products line or adding new products.Onboard New Clients and boost overall Company Sales as per the set targets.Monitor Team Sales and drive team performance in line with the agreed targets.Prepare Sales reports and Dashboard periodically and present to the management. Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Must have 8-10 years for Automobile, specifically car Sales/Exports experience in the UAE.Should be able to work in a Hi-Performance environment and chase sales targets aggressively.Flexible to work with diverse team and work culture.
