Employment: Full Time We are looking to hire a Shop Floor Supervisor/Foreman.Responsibilities/REQUIREMENTS:- Knowledge of grinding, general machining (turning/milling), CNC machining, welding, thermal spray process required.- Good understanding of ISO 9001 2015.- Candidate must be able to interpret engineering drawings, design work holding fixtures, give production updates, streamlining deliveries.- Candidate should have strong leadership / team building qualities REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years experience in a production environment- Will be required to speak English apart from other Indian languages (Hindi / Tamil)- Good Communication skills- General technical skills- Knowledge of general machining
