Employment: Full Time Position Title: Service Center ManagerEmployment Type: Full timeSalary: up to 18,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEJob Role:-Supervising and ensuring that service center activities such as installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machines are carried out as per the business requirements and standards-Overseeing multiple maintenance mechanics, establishing productivity goals and tracks progress of work-Ensuring efficient and effective operations of the service center function to facilitate business requirements and ensure seamless delivery of operations-Participating in the equipment evaluation, determines facility requirements, and generates purchase orders to obtain the appropriate equipment spare parts in a timely manner-Conducting regular quality checks on fitness equipment to ensure functionality, and plans service schedules for repairs whenever required-Ensuring that fitness equipment are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner-Acts as a main point of contact for customers for any enquiries related to service features and functionality of any equipment installed-Maintaining and updating database pertaining to all equipment for tracking purposes and subsequent use-Coordinating training session with suppliers to ensure that the staff are well trained on how to use the equipment REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:-Male, 45 years old and below-Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field-Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in a similar role-Excellent in defining goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the companys performance management process-With strong experience in developing talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to achieve the defined goals-Strong customer-facing and leadership skills-Excellent English communication skillsAbout the Client:The hiring company is one of the leading fitness company in the UAE.
