An opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing organisation based within the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical sector. Due to the companys continued success and development they are now recruiting a Senior Warehouse Manager to take full operational control of two Dubai based DCs.As the new Senior Warehouse Manager you will be tasked with managing and leading a team of up to 30 warehouse staff in a fact paced environment. You will also work closely with the senior leadership team to drive the warehousing and logistics function for a impressively growing operation. A key aspect of this role will be supporting the companies plan to transform the warehousing operation towards a fully automated site. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for the Senior Warehouse Manager position you will need to at least 10+ years experience managing a warehouse / DC operation. The successful candidate will also need experience operating in a semi-automated or fully automated logistics site. It is also essential you have a background within e-commerce and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The company are open to applicants that do not have UAE experience and are not currently based in Dubai but are interested in starting your career in the Middle East.This is a chance to work for an organisation that truly values their staff and pride themselves on employee longevity.
