Its all about meaningful change.What youll deliver- Youll ensure that all mechanical and electrical planned maintenance activities and tasks are performed on time and in full to achieve 99% compliance.- Youll minimise/eliminate non-productive time and ensure the cost-effective operation of maintenance activities by providing support on the revision of Preventive Maintenance frequencies.- Youll apply criticality analysis, investigation of failures, continuous improvement and reliability management techniques to ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches to maintenance.- Youll ensure that operational procedures, documentations and manuals are developed and reviewed as necessary and support training on new equipment as required. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- You should have a technical qualification in one of the related applicable engineering disciplines / systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience for minimum 5 years in lieu of formal qualification.- You should have at least 5 years of related experience in the specialist technical area in a similar function and of working with contractors.- Youll have clear understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view and knowledge of local and international regulations and safety procedures as required.- Youll have a valid UAE Driving License.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
