Whatever the scope, scale or sensitivity of our clients work, well assess their risks, resolve their vulnerabilities and always keep them ahead of the threat, offering them the best possible products and solutions.The Role- To be an expert at Android applications developed by DarkMatter, including KATIM Messenger and KATIM Email- Troubleshoot problems with Android applications- Create problem reports and troubleshooting documents- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve technical problems- Develop and lead training classes to educate customers REQUIREMENTS: Skills- 4+ years of experience as 3rd level support- 4+ years of experience with Android applications- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Extensive experience with the following technologies:- Android operating system and frameworks- Android security including key storage and lock screen- Android application life cycle- Android multi threaded applications- TCP/IP networking, wireshark, trace-route, nmap- Client-server debugging, including RESTful APIs- SQLite, SQLCipher- J2EE, JMS, JAX-RX, CDI, JPA, Servlet/Websocket- Application log collection- Application performance and memory monitoring- Basic knowledge of Android development with SDK and NDK
