Our client, a leading recruitment solutions provider in the Middle East, is urgently looking for a Senior Software Developer (React Native) to be based in Dubai. In this role, you will be managing a team and lead the migration of the companys applications, manage the DevOps and perform code reviews.Other responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead in defining and coding the new and ongoing company applicationsContinuous improvement of existing development tools and technologiesAuthoring and code-reviewing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworksDesign new system features and provide accurate estimates and development timelinesLead technical design sessions in order to create sustainable and high-performing featuresContinuous interaction with clients and end-users to understand software needs and talk through the application and technical design choices.Defining and maintaining standard development practices for the teamIntegrating automated testing strategies into development practices REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:Must have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineer or other technical discipline.Fluent and confident communication skills with both team members and end-usersHas 3+ years of experience using React NativeMust be well versed in the following: PHP, Docker, AngularCandidates must be able to join immediately or less than a month.Candidates outside UAE are welcome to apply.
