To apply for the role, it is necessary for the candidate to have the following* At least 8 years of commercial sales/BD experience in Perfumes, Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, Dermacare categories across MEA or GCC (Strong preference for UAE and KSA experience) OR Atleast 10 years in FMCG Non Food category experience in the Middle East* Must have either managed distributors or led a key account team across the region (This is an independent role managing distributors with no direct reports at this moment)* Ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment - The business is investing massively in this region and this business unit is an area of focus
