Reliable Project Manager to manage the execution of high-rise towers to ensure the completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). Managing and leading the project team from the project inception through to completion,detailed project planning and control, monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reports to the Senior .Review of drawings and specification for its completeness and accuracy and review the conditions of contract and manage the tendering process. Salary: AED 37,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: MEDICAL INSURANCE & ANNUAL AIR TICKET REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry in both interiors and civil works. UAE Experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers,Good understanding of Contracts (FIDIC), MS Projects / Primavera advanced skills, Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards,Working knowledge of ACAD and good communication skills.
