A boutique architectural fit-out consultancy based in Dubai Media City is in search of a Senior Project Coordinator to hire into their office.The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a small-mid sized practice, understanding the A-Z of a "Turn-Key" fit-out projects, as well as managing high client / managerial expectations and deadlines.Specialising in Commercial Retail projects, the candidate should possess knowledge and understanding of delivering fit-out packages, coordinating between external, internal and third-party contacts. REQUIREMENTS: Can diversify across multiple projectsCoordinate and Manage a Project from A-ZProject / Program Controls experienceProcurement of Materials / SuppliesDrawing Approval, Drawing Amendments, Shop DrawingsKnowledgeEffectively communicate to the site, supporting and managerial staffHas a strong understanding of the UAE market and Municipalities (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)Should have had an experience of working within a small-mid sized practiceRetail / Commercial Experience (Desirable)Engineering Degree (Essential)
