Whatever the scope, scale or sensitivity of our clients work, well assess their risks, resolve their vulnerabilities and always keep them ahead of the threat, offering them the best possible products and solutions.The Role:The Senior Product Manager role owns Product concept and E2E life-cycle management for a portfolio of medium-to-complex digital (customer-facing) products and services.In this role, you will:- Align with strategy team on priority services and products- Ideate on impactful features based on painpoint analysis, usage trends, persona segmentation, etc.- Provide inputs and contribute to setting impact-based and data-driven priority for features within products and services- Align product lifecycle management standard with TAMM Product VP- Adapt methodologies and templates as needed to the product portfolio under management- Own product features, impact and performance- Manage full product portfolio lifecycle- Manage individual products lifecycle- Manage shared Business Analysts time to allocate on workflow analysis and performance analysis tasks- Interface with the experience design team to feed in and feed back usalbility and feasibility information- Interface with software development team leads to ensure requirements are accurately captured and rendered REQUIREMENTS: To bring your dream to life, youll need:- Bachelors degree as minimum, preferably Geospatial field. Masters Degree is highly preferred- Minimum 10 years of solid and proven experience years in E2E life-cycle management for a portfolio of medium-to-complex digital (customer-facing) products and services- Team leadership, coaching, mentoring and motivation- Ability to manage (and evolve) all the activities associated with running a busy Support environment while maintaining process control throughout the department- Experience working in the Agile methodology is plusYour personal dream could be the worlds reality:At DarkMatter we believe that "impossible is only the beginning."
