* An undergraduate degree in statistics, business management, economics, real estate, psychology, sociology, or any related field is required.* Masters degree in a related field is desirable.* 12 -15 years experience in the research/strategy/insights division with at least 3 years experience in a real estate consulting agency* Strong experience conducting market and economic research and feasibility studies* Current or previous Middle East/UAE experience is strongly preferred* Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills* Ability to interact and engage with C-level management and executive leadership team
