It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.What youll deliver- Youll enhance the organisations ability to meet defined strategic objectives through the design, delivery and/or management of leadership development initiatives/programmes.- Youll create and facilitate leadership development interventions across managers and heads of departments according to the leadership framework defined by the corporate and HRD strategy.- Youll collaborate with the Talent and Training team to ensure that there is continuity in the development programmes offered to the employees across levels at DA.- Youll report on progress and outcomes to leadership to ensure that career development opportunities are identified, prioritized, addressed and monitored. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll be educated to a Degree Level in Psychology or HR Management. Masters degree in Occupational Psychology or equivalent is preferable.- You should have at least 5 years experience of facilitation and delivery of projects within the field of leadership development.- Youll have some experience in working at a senior level and cross-functionally with demonstrable evidence of programme / project management.- Youll have an International Coaching accreditation.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
