And our corporate planning team creates strategy so that were agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.What youll deliver- Youll plan and manage the successful design, execution, entry into service and contract management of assigned Dubai Airports Fitout projects.- Youll ensure that all projects are compliant with the relevant internal and external governance including a comprehensive post-implementation review.- Youll continuously monitor and report the progress of the Fitout projects against the design master plan schedule in line with standard corporate reporting.- Youll ensure compliance to all relevant QHSSE management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll be educated to a Degree Level in a discipline related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Project Management. Project Management qualification is preferable.- You should have at least 10 years experience in planning, design, procurement & construction in an operationally constrained environment, minimum 7 years of which is in airport construction.- Youll have fitout construction experience within a Consultant and/or Contractor environment.- Youll have a Professional Architect/Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (or international equivalent) accreditation by an appropriate professional body.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
