Senior Manager - Energy & Sustainability (Upcoming)THIS IS WHERE BOUNDARY BREAKING BEGINSENERGY MANAGEMENTSenior Engineer - Energy & SustainabilityThis area is full of smart ideas. So is the Energy Management team. They monitor and regulate our energy use, and we count on them for revolutionary energy saving initiatives. As well as implementing the Dubai directive to reduce energy and carbon, they perform audits and analyse data. Together, they make a real impact on the world by making less impact on the planet.What youll deliver- Youll be responsible for developing the strategic plans for sustainability, developing policies, standards and guidelines.- Youll benchmark energy consumptions against best practice guidelines and establish internal benchmarks to continuously improve per unit metrics.- Youll perform energy and sustainability accounting and analysis including periodic audits on sustainability, electricity, water and waste.- Youll create policies and systems for buying energy and support contract negotiations with utility companies. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- You should possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering. Masters degree in Energy and Sustainability Management is preferable.- Youll have certification in Energy auditing and Energy management with an understanding of local and international legal, compliance and safety requirements.- You should have over 15 years of in-depth experience in sustainability management, a minimum 5 years of which should be in leading teams responsible for energy auditing and management.- Youll have knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System - Maximo or other similar systems.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
