Airside Operations maintains and operates all airside infrastructure and implement the new technologies and that give us industry-leading capacity and efficiency. They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.What youll deliverYoull create policy and standards to ensure performance and levels of service across all airside users at DXB & DWC are communicated, understood & delivered in line with the vision.Youll work with stakeholders to formulate and deliver collaborative actions to overcome challenges ensuring the highest levels of performance and customer service.Youll develop procedures and processes to ensure that daily aircraft operations and turnaround activities are optimized to provide the highest levels of performance and service quality.Youll develop daily service contract principles with key stakeholders associated with aircraft operations and turnaround activity. REQUIREMENTS: What you bringYoull be educated to a degree level.You should have at least 8-10 years postgraduate experience, 5 years of which is in a management position preferably in the field of airport operations and/or transport logistics.You should have background in GCAA CAR documentations, IATA, Air Traffic Control and Airspace Management, and Ground Handling Management and Operations.You should be familiar with Aircraft Turnaround Procedures and industry best practices.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
