A global construction firm, based in Dubai and specialising in high-rise buildings is seeking a dynamic Senior IT Project Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.As part of a business-wide innovation program, the ideal candidate will ensure the overall success and delivery of an enterprise software solution implementation and have the opportunity to join a diverse and reputable organisation.As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:* Assessing project scope to prepare project objectives, implementation design, work flows and processes* Defining the quality, time and budget of project* Employing a structure change management methodology to support change and ensure all employees are aware of impending changes* Working with leaders and senior stakeholders to understand, adjust to and adopt new processes* Leading a cross-functional team to deliver an agreed budget, time frame in line with governance models* Managing vendors and consultants to ensure successfully delivery of project* Undertaking risk management status reporting, change requests, resource management and measuring project success REQUIREMENTS: As a Senior IT Project Manager, it is essential that you have the following:* PMP or Prince 2 certification* Proven experience managing ERP implementations for real estate/construction and experience with Trimble Manhattan is highly advantageous* In-depth experience of change management methodologies, approaches and tools* Vendor management experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Immediately availableIf you meet the above criteria, please share your CV for consideration.
