Employment: Full Time Develop initial design study and customers journey report with Concept OptionsDevelop approved options from Concept Design until Construction Documents; including overseeing preparation of Mood Boards; Perspective Sketches, 3D Modelling of Key Elements as required; General Arrangement Plans; Elevations; Finishes Schedule; Sanitary Schedule etc.Ensure that all designs, specifications meet specified design requirements, codes and standards.Coordinate, monitor and review the work of the whole consultant teamAnalyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and Interior works design.Monitor and evaluates progress and takes corrective actions.Create new and innovative approaches to problems and discussed with the teams.Recommend minor adaptations and modifications to complete working drawing sets.Liaise with the clients representative and other consultants/Contractor as directed, to ensure that they are kept regularly and appropriately informed as to the progress on projects.Formulate compliance of drawing production to ensure the low risk of fault and high standard of work performance.Site coordination of Interior works with base buildingReview and Checking of coordination drawingsSupervision of Interior Works. REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications: Bachelor in Interior designNature and length of previous experience: Min 10 years experience with a consultant firmSpecialist knowledge: Revit , AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Word/Office, Maxwell Render, Rhino, 20-20 Design, Hand rendering & SketchingSoft Skills and Personality traits: - Team leaderLanguage Fluency: EnglishCurrent Location: UAE
