A leader in the provision of laboratory outsourcing services is looking for a Senior HRBP to join a tier one Medical Devices company in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:* Exciting role to head the HR function as the most senior person within the HR team.* Duties include, overseeing all the functions within HR with a focus on rewards while partnering the business as the Senior HRBP. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:* Must have experience within Total Rewards* Must have at least 10 years of HR Generalist / Business Partnering experience* Must have team management experience* Experience within Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare / Bio-tech / Medical Devices industry preferred* Females would be preferred for this role due to diversification policies.
