This job opportunity is with a large Semi - Government entity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.As a Senior HR Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the organizations HR programs, policies and strategies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. You will plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization; manage the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organizations management and its employees. REQUIREMENTS: To be successful you would ideally possess at least 10+ years experience of Human Resource Management within the oil & gas industry.
