To provide commercial, legal and technical contract management that meet RFP/ RFI/RFQ requirements and remain consistent with contract management policy & proceduresClient DetailsAn engineering group who supply services and equipment to the military and engineering sectorsDescription* Work in conjunction with Engineers, Program/Project Managers, Legal and Finance Department to to develop and implement Contract Management Strategy* Meet with customers and suppliers to negotiate commercial contracts* Provide contract administration risk and risk mitigation measures specific to commercial aspects* Manage the procurement budget* Finalize commercial inputs for contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers including but not limited to NDAs, Project Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, Services Agreements, etc.Job OfferPartner closely with high level government officials and other senior stakeholders, manage a team and contribute to the economic growth of the organisation and the industry REQUIREMENTS: Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria* Minimum bachelor degree in contract management or law (LLB/LLM)* 7 years experience in a contracts focused role* Technical experience - understanding legal frameworks for supply and distribution contracts within the industrial/engineering space* Management experience - managing other contracts specialists
