Should be able to create content for students for the grades being taught.1. Prepare lesson plans and outlines in accordance with the curriculum guidelines or requirements of the school.2. Use technology such as a laptop, interactive whiteboard, tablet, online resources.3. Make sure standards of behavior in the class support effective learning. 4. Deal with inappropriate behavior in accordance with the schools policies.5. Encourage appropriate behavior using effective and sound strategies.6. Coordinate all activities within the assigned class.7. Organize well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all the students.8. Be able to use student assessment data such as MAP to plan lessons and activities.9. Excellent communication and teaching skills. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelors degree in subject being taught.1) Must have at least two years of successful teaching experience.2) Must have high school and university papers authenticated and ready for MoHE equalization process.
