Employment: Full Time Supporting the Sales Team within a multinational conglomerate in the engineering and manufacturing industry, this particular vacancy requires those with technical knowledge and understanding of International standards such as EN, ANSI and JIS, Traffic analysis and AutoCAD software. Therefore, we require candidates from an engineering background, holding a relevant degree, with a preference for those with mechanical engineering qualifications.Working for an instantly recognizable name within the movement and vertical transport sector, this role involves client liaison, the preparation of tenders within a technical capacity and the calculation of costs. The Sales Support Engineer will discuss the requirements in detail with the client to ensure the product is a best fit and prepare the final technical specifications with the design team. Once this is finalised, the calculation of the materials using specific industry calculations platforms are discussed with the factory and the quotation is then fully prepared for the client. At this stage, the successful candidate will then ensure that all departments required are notified and informed of the project and estimated timescales.This role requires an excellent communicator at all levels of seniority and technical ability to ensure that the initial phase of the project, prior to installation, is a smooth and efficient process for all involved. You will collaborate with several departments and individuals and should be able to negotiate well with persuasiveness to achieve the best outcome for all parties. REQUIREMENTS: It is essential that you are from the vertical transport industry and have an understanding of the aforementioned International Standards, Traffic analysis and AutoCAD software. Those with a relevant engineering degree will be considered and it is also particularly advantageous for those with fluency in the Arabic Language.
