We are ideally looking for someone with good experience in maximize the businesses opportunity for revenue and profits.As a Sales Revenue Manager, you will:-Developing revenue based strategies based on current demands-Creating promotional plans to increase revenue- Manage daily operations of the business call center-Lead call center sales agents in driving sales and generating revenue-Hire, train, and coach call center agents in selling companys products and services-Evaluate teams performance vs KPIs-Prepare revenue reports REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree, with at least 4 years experience as a Sales Revenue Manager or similar capacity in the Hospitality Sector-Solid experience in business development and managing a sales team in a call center set up-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Excellent organizational, analytical, and people management skills-Open to working during holidays and working 6 days a week-Arabic speaker a plusIf you think you have the qualifications and interested to join this successful company, apply with your updated CV today.
