On behalf of our partner client, Cassia is recruiting a Sales Representative Spa/Salon for their Abu Dhabi market. The right candidate will be responsible for promoting the companys products to Spas and Salons. - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS - High school Diploma or equivalent Degree from Cosmetology school - Minimum of 2 years experience in beauty sales to Salons / Spas in Abu Dhabi - UAE - Located in Abu Dhabi - Knowledge and experience in beauty haircare products is a must - Own a private car & UAE driving license - Fluency in English language - Arabic language mother tongue - Good persuasive and negotiation skills - Presentable. - Ability to work within a team - Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignmentsBenefits - Salary ranges between 8,000 and 11,000 AED depending on experience - Standard benefits package - Excellent leadership team - A challenging and rewarding job
