On behalf of our partner client, Cassia is recruiting a Sales Representative Spa/Salon for their Abu Dhabi market. The right candidate will be responsible for promoting the companys products to Spas and Salons.Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback Salary: AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: High school Diploma or equivalent Degree from Cosmetology schoolMinimum of 2 years experience in beauty sales to Salons / Spas in Abu Dhabi UAELocated in Abu DhabiKnowledge and experience in beauty haircare products is a mustOwn a private car & UAE driving licenseFluency in English languageArabic language mother tongueGood persuasive and negotiation skillsPresentable.Ability to work within a teamResults oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignmentsBenefitsSalary ranges between 8,000 and 11,000 AED depending on experienceStandard benefits packageExcellent leadership teamA challenging and rewarding job
