Sales Manager - Retail Systems/Loss Prevention & Security - GCCThis is a crucial role to our clients sales and operation within the GCC region reporting to VP of the region. A target driven role responsible for the bottom line of the P&L and managing 1-2 employees.Client DetailsA global leader in systems and solutions (hardware & software) that focuses on all retailers to offer them security for their stock/ merchandiseDescriptionAs Sales Manager, reporting to the VP for region, your key responsibilities will be:* taking responsibility for P&L for GCC* Achieve set individual targets for next FY* Travel within GCC to target and manage identifies retail accounts* Coordinate with key functions across organisation (finance, customer service, product management)* Sales forecasting* Manage and develop a very small team in Dubai and work with distributors as wellJob Offer* AED 25-30,000 per month, sales bonus (on target achievement), benefits REQUIREMENTS: To be successful for this role, you must have the following attributes:* Overall 8-10 years professional work experience (post qualification/education)* Minimum 5 years work experience in the Middle East in an industry where your customers are retailers* Strong network of retail accounts* Ability or track record to manage a small team of individuals* Financial acumen to manage/ be responsible for a P&L* Strong influencer who can take control of the Middle East operations and able to report internationally* Excellent presentability
