Conduct detailed Market Research to identify Potential regions/clients for Business Expansion.Capture Market trends, customer feedback, new technologies and work with the R&D/Operations to improve existing products line or adding new products.Design and Implement Company Sales & Marketing strategy, working closely with the stakeholder.On-board New Clients and boost overall Company Sales as per the set targets.Monitor Team Sales and drive team performance in line with the agreed targets.Prepare Sales reports and Dashboard periodically and present to the management.Work Closely with the Internal Departments, such as R&D, Procurement, Operations etc. to bridge any gaps between Client Expectations and Product Offerings. Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Airfare & Insurance REQUIREMENTS: Chemical Engineering Background Preferred. Must have minimum 7-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector, especially in Drilling Fluids/Oil Field Chemicals.Should have worked with major Oil & Gas companies, either as a client or a direct vendor.Sound knowledge of Business Expansion & Sales Strategies within O&G industry.Ability to work with diverse teamsFlexible on Travels
